Shirt Factory (NBSF) can meet any and all of your printing needs. We are confident that our capacity will outpace your demand.
We can easily handle orders from 48 -4,800 dozen.
Our Clarence facility houses 11 automatic M&R presses, five 14 color/16 station and
six 18 color/20 station, with a capacity up to 75,000 printed pieces a day. We are
equipped with plant climate control ensuring the air in the factory is exchanged every
10 minutes. Our Shop utilizes lint removal and after flash cooling systems to enhance
the end product. NBSF utilizes squeegee pressure controls to deposit ink uniformly and
we stock 10 standard pallet sizes.
Our mobile print shop is complete with a 10 color/12 station M&R press, an M&R
Electric Dryer and a screen department with a capacity up to 4,800 pieces in an 8.5 hour
shift.
NEW BUFFALO EXPRESS shop is a premium service that can be booked for quick-turn items.
This unique offering can be used from time to time when your business takes an unexpected
twist or a certain product outsells your forecast.
NBSF has a superior Art Department that can create designs for you or incorporate your
designs into printed T-Shirts, sweatshirts and other apparel. Our sample department works
with the designs to replicate and even improve your image. We provide printed or photo
approval at time of production and store all designs in our comprehensive design database.
Our staff is trained in the use and application of High Density, Gel, “Crystalina”
(a.k.a. pearl or yellow flake), reflective, Glitter, and Glow inks. Applications such as
Scratch-n-Sniff ink, Caviar Beads, Foil, Flock, Sugar (or other dry flake), Burn-out, Leather Look,
Waterbase, Discharge ink and other new inks and techniques are available by request. NBSF is well
versed in AOP (All Over Printing) and Jumbo prints. We stack blanks in white and black to
provide our clients “print packages”. We keep our clients informed
of industry changes and advances to assist them in keeping their product line current.
