Screenprinting

NBSF has been printing custom t-shirts for over 50 years. Every step of our process has been honed and tested over the years so that the end result is a custom printed design that looks great on every garment.

Each color in our design requires a different screen. The colors are lined up correctly to produce a sharp image displaying each color where it belongs. In order to do this on multi-colored jobs we use a special registration system that starts with the artwork. This system, in combination with our automated presses, has a tolerance of less than 1/1000 of an inch

All our printing equipment is updated regularly with the latest software and mechanical options. Our equipment is thoroughly maintained by 5 on site technicians. Our maintenance staff is manufacturer trained. We stock all common repair parts in house.
