Pre-Production

New Buffalo Shirt Factory Pre-Production Department consists of two distinct entities: Ink and Screen. These two production focused units work in conjunction with Dave Gardner and the New Buffalo Art Department. From the separation of the artwork and film output, the Pre-Production Department produce only the best screen stencils and ink combinations to achieve stellar garment printing that can be re-produced on automatic presses with excellent accuracy and clarity. Pre-Production uses the highest quality materials to ensure repeatability. Our Pre-Production department has received training in and is implementing LEAN processing to move closer to the optimal environment with minimal waste and continuous improvement.
