Mobile Print Truck

New Buffalo Shirt Factory (NBSF) utilizes an incredible one-of-a-kind 53’ print truck, known as the “Lil’ Inkster” that houses the only mobile 10-color automatic printing press in the world. We can offer our existing and future clientele exclusive on-site marketing and production of screen-printed goods. You get the advantage of having a fully-trained, seasoned mobile crew on location along with our state-of-the-art print truck. New Buffalo Shirt Factory provides the support of the home facility and a reputation for outstanding service and high-quality.

Lil’ Inkster creates a 'scene inside the scene', offering the opportunity to print stock as needed, guaranteeing your event comes ‘clean’ - no shirts left after the event. We spot our trailer, equipped with state-of-the art 10-color printing press, production dryer and darkroom, at the event. NBSF provides an experienced 6-8 person travel team to produce your one of a kind shirt. The production crew is capable of full production within 2 hours of arrival. The Lil Inkster can produce up to 650 shirts per hour and the side of the truck supports a merchandise sale area. To facilitate sales, the truck has wireless capability for credit card purchases.
