As we pick up steam in the 21^st century, New Buffalo will continue to explore ways to improve our product and service. To remain on the cutting edge, we have a dedicated staff and facilities that evaluate and beta-test the latest ink chemistries, garment styles, and printing techniques. We also leverage the latest state-of-the-art production equipment and pre-press technology to move to a more ‘greener and environmentally aware product.

As our industry is presented with new challenges, we continue to find new innovations to solve our customers' and our own green-conscience appeals. As a leading high-volume manufacturer of textile printed apparel, we remain acutely aware of our environmental footprint. Through cutting energy consumption at our factories and reducing our production by-products we not only save money, but also save the environment at the same time. Our ground-breaking direction in phthalate free inks and organic cottons are moving our industry and clients in a positive direction.  As we continue to grow our business, we will strive to make our mark on the environment as small as possible, while delivering the trust and quality our customers expect.

 New for 2010 is our major product quality initiative, dubbed “Quality Begins with Me”. It is intended to revitalize our quality standards by capitalizing on standard audit processes, and empowering our entire production staff to take a stake in our final product.

 As we exit the first decade of the new century, we realize that many of our achievements in the past were just the stepping stones for the greater challenges that lie ahead. To meet those goals, we need to be stewards of the planet AND stewards of a quality product, while continuing to deliver what our customers have come to expect from our family of companies.
