As a Certified Public Accountant since 1995, Jen’s experience includes 4 years in public accounting at KPMG, LLP. Before coming to New Buffalo she held the position of Director of Finance for AAA Western and Central New York. Jen brings a wealth of experience in finance, forecasting, systems management and corporate budgeting.

Since 1997, Dave Swart has been an integral part of the New Buffalo team. Wearing many hats, he manages all of the day to day domestic operations of NBSF as well as running our mobile printing trailer – Lil’ Inkster – during our tour season.

Peg Kinney Director, Purchasing
As our former Controller, Peggy has a keen insight on what it takes to keep our production facilities stocked with the materials neccessary complete our client's orders. She works seamlessly with our production and planning departments ensure all of the parts neccessary to deliver your order come together at exactly the right time. From obscure printing specifications to custom packaging and finishing supplies, she can source and manage the inventory to get the job done.

Pam Thayer Director, Human Resources
As HR director, Pam is responsible for managing and overseeing our personnel department. She is very experienced in local, state and federal employment guidelines, payroll issues, and employee recordkeeping. Her expertise and knowledge of compensation and employee benefit programs is a major asset to NBSF and our workforce. Pam is a compassionate bridge between management and workers. She plays an intricate role in improving overall workplace morale in the New Buffalo family.

Starting as one of our top customer service reps in 2001, Kristy quickly became one of our most valued assets in the critical area of client services. For the last few years, she has been tasked with running our client services department, working with our customers to make sure we are communicating and delivering the ledgendary results that our customers demand. A true professional, she continues to help our customers with orders, delivery requirements, and product compliance issues.

Jay Hagadorn Director, Supply Chain and Logistics
Jay started with New Buffalo in 1997, after managing a multi-store apparel and clothing division for a national retailer. His experience in the t-shirt industry has been a major boon to New Buffalo over the years, helping us transition our business to become more customer-oriented. Currently, his responsibilities are focused on our sourcing and logistics efforts, working with mills, vendors and carriers to move our merchandise efficiently around the world.

Zion Chief of Security
Zion's advanced canine training at the NYS Four Paw training camp outside Buffalo, NY helps provide homeland security for the Clarence facility. She has attained perfect attendance for the last 7 years, and works for treats. Her natural guardian attributes provide protection at the executive level as well as the security of the NBSF intellectual collateral.
